Nutanix's FY2026 10-K reports $1.5B of net income, but $1.18B of it is a tax benefit from releasing its valuation allowance. The real story is growth: revenue growth slowed from 18% to 12% in the year Broadcom's VMware changes sent customers looking for alternatives.
THOR Industries' FY2026 10-K shows flat sales only because of $179.4M of currency. North American towable RV units fell 20.7% to 95,045, 60% below fiscal 2022, margins fell as THOR absorbed tariff costs, and towable backlog jumped 74.6% as guidance was deferred.

GameStop's Q2 fiscal 2026 10-Q shows $238.4M of eBay stock gains against $160.2M of operating income. The store business improved more than the sales line suggests, operating cash flow fell to $62.4M, eBay's board rejected the takeover bid, and a note exchange added 55.5M shares.
Hain Celestial's FY2026 10-K reports a $304.9M net loss, but $220.6M of it is non-cash impairment and operating cash flow rose to $78.3M. The number that actually decides the equity is $557.95M of debt maturing December 22, 2026, and a going-concern warning.
Ispire Technology (ISPR) FY2026 10-K analysis: a $20.7M credit loss expense against $12.3M of gross profit, why operating cash flow looks like breakeven when it is not, and what negative $29.2M of shareholders' equity does and does not mean when 82% of the liabilities are owed to the Chairman.
Oracle's Q1 FY2027 10-Q discloses $288B of data center leases not yet commenced, 4.3 times fiscal 2026 revenue. The quarter's $28.5B of capex was funded with no new debt, $19.9B of new stock and $11.4B of customer prepayments; excluding prepayments, free cash flow was negative $16.8B.

United Natural Foods posted its first annual profit in three years on 2% lower sales. The FY2026 10-K shows why: the Conventional segment shrank 11.5% and its adjusted EBITDA rose 55.2%. A look at deliberate shrinkage, a $50M insurance recovery, and a business decided in the last half-percent of its income statement.
eGain's FY2026 10-K shows net income down 72 percent while operating income rose 80 percent and operating cash flow quadrupled. The gap is a deferred tax valuation allowance release, and the real story is one line down.
1-800-FLOWERS.COM's FY2026 10-K cut the net loss by $65.2M while the company's own adjusted net loss widened by $25.0M. The gap is $98.7M of vanishing impairment, and there is only $3.1M of goodwill left to write off.
Guidewire's FY2026 10-K swings $202M at the operating line in two years. Subscription and support gross profit delivered 99% of the gross profit gain while the revenue mix moved toward the lower-margin product, and the tax flip was not a valuation allowance release.
Intuit's FY2026 10-K shows a $1,451M tax provision against $281M of cash income taxes actually paid. The gap is a capitalized R&D deferred tax asset that drained from $1,895M to $673M, and it is 43% of the jump in operating cash flow. Meanwhile the GAAP rate rose to 24.1% because the share price fell.
Rent the Runway's Q2 FY2026 looks like a turnaround: revenue up 20.8%, gross margin up 609 bps, net loss halved. We take it apart. Data from the SEC 10-K via RoboSystems. Not investment advice.

Cronos Group posted record Q2 2026 revenue of $53.0M, up 58%, with 54% gross margin and its first positive operating income. But interest on its $827M cash pile still out-earned the business, and a 2019 contract with Altria gates what it can buy.
When we initiated on Green Thumb, the story was simple: the most profitable, cleanest-balance-sheet operator in cannabis, trading at $6.67 because nobody on Wall Street is allowed to own it. Six months later the catalyst everyone was waiting for has actually started to fire — and it did almost nothing for Green Thumb. On April 28, 2026 a partial, medical-only Schedule III order took effect. On June 10, Trulieve became the first plant-touching US operator to ring-fence a medical entity and uplist to the NYSE. The sector ripped — the Tier 1 group went from roughly half its 52-week high to about 69%. Green Thumb's stock went along for the ride, to roughly $7.33.

MGP Ingredients wrote its entire goodwill balance to zero in the first quarter of 2026, the third write-down in three straight years. Every figure from the Q2 2026 10-Q.
MillerKnoll's FY2026 10-K: operating income up 293% to $198.3M, but the company's own adjusted operating income fell for a second straight year, and the goodwill test disclosed a 1.1% cushion on Global Retail. What the write-down base effect hides, straight from the filing.

Starbucks reported an 87.2% jump in net earnings on a 1.4% revenue decline for the quarter ended June 28, 2026. Both numbers are the same transaction: the March 30 sale of a 60% interest in its China retail operations, which produced a $536.3M pre-tax gain and removed $776M of company-operated revenue. Underneath, global comparable store sales rose 7.9%. Every figure comes from the Q3 FY2026 Form 10-Q.

This walkthrough of the FY2026 Form 10-K shows that 94.4% of the improvement is one impairment charge not repeating, that the growth came from the lowest-margin segment, and that $752.4M of surviving cannabis goodwill rests on a 34% five-year growth assumption. Every figure is pulled from the filing's XBRL.

Iridium Communications (IRDM) Q2 2026 10-Q analysis: net income fell 55.9 percent to 9.7 million dollars while revenue rose 3.8 percent. The entire decline sits in SG&A, driven by 14.3 million dollars of Rocket Lab merger and Aireon transaction costs.
