Reports shared with you
A RoboLedger company can send you their statements. You get the report, never their ledger.
A company that keeps its books in RoboLedger can send you a report. You receive the statements they chose to publish, such as the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and statement of equity, with any notes attached. You do not receive their transactions, customers or journal. That is the point: they share a snapshot, not the ledger.
How they send it
Give them your graph ID, from the graph's Dashboard at robosystems.ai. They add it to a publish list and share from the report; how is in the RoboLedger reports guide. The company then appears in your graph, and the report arrives with its statements, facts and files. Nothing is copied the other way.
If they withdraw the share, the report is removed from your graph. Your own graph does not have to run RoboLedger. RoboInvestor has no way to block a sender; to stop a company's reports, ask them to withdraw the share.
In the app
Portfolio Reports lists the reports that have been shared into this graph. Open one to read its statements and notes. The viewer shows the copy you received, with who shared it and when.
Ask about this report answers questions from the report inside the app. It runs on RoboSystems' own AI, so it uses this graph's credits. Asking your own AI assistant doesn't.
A shared report is read-only. You cannot regenerate it, change it or share it on, and you cannot change their books from here.
Getting the files
The app has no download button, but your graph holds a copy of the report files, so your AI assistant can fetch a download link for you. Or ask the sender for the holon or Tavi file, which opens in the free viewer at xbrlkit.com with no account.
