RoboInvestor documentation

Private-company portfolios, reports shared from RoboLedger, and public-company research. Connect an AI client on RoboSystems.

RoboInvestor is the holder's view of a company: what you own, in whom, and the statements they send you. It is in beta. Today it covers private-company portfolios, reports shared from a RoboLedger graph, the SEC filings of public companies, and research written from those filings.

Sign up at roboinvestor.ai. One account covers RoboSystems, RoboLedger and RoboInvestor. Creating a graph, your password, API keys and billing live in your RoboSystems account at robosystems.ai. The SEC filings subscription can also be bought here, under Repositories.

Start here

  1. Track private-company holdings: portfolios, securities and positions, and a link back to the issuer when you have one.
  2. Reports shared with you: a portfolio company sends statements from RoboLedger. You get the report, never their ledger.
  3. Public companies and SEC filings: the research lane, and the SEC filings graph your AI assistant can read.

Step-by-step setup is in the RoboSystems guides. Password, passkeys, API keys, usage and billing live on robosystems.ai. The user menu at the top right takes you there.

Building on RoboInvestor

RoboInvestor runs on the open-source RoboSystems platform. The technical documentation is at robosystems.ai/docs, and the command surface for portfolios and securities is in RoboInvestor operations.
